Gopi is a part of Verizon’s Asia Pacific Internal 'Talent Acquisition' team – responsible to recruit top talents and build proactive pipeline of Talented Professionals across the business functions for South Asia region; manage the business stakeholders, internal & external applicants with a consultative approach; a focal point of contact to manage our local preferred service list vendor partners/agencies and assists in recruitment activities across the Asia Pacific region.

Gopi has an insatiable appetite for Talent Acquisition and boundless energy to find the right candidate. He even started to learn some Japanese in order to find Japanese speakers for customer service roles in Singapore - a great example of going above and beyond. Gopi is certainly not the standard 'post and pray' recruiter. He continuously strives to understand latest proactive headhunting techniques and continues to have solid success with us at Verizon.
